1. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

We ship worldwide, except to countries under international sanctions or where Visa/Mastercard payment systems are restricted. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Belarus
  • Syria
  • and other sanctioned countries

If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Shipping Times

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Spain (mainland) 1 – 5 business days
Europe (EU + UK) 7 – 14 business days
Worldwide 14 – 30 business days

Please note: These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs procedures, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped either:

  • From our warehouse in Adeje, Tenerife
  • Directly from our trusted suppliers and partners in Asian countries

This allows us to offer a wide selection and competitive prices.

4. Shipping Notification & Tracking

Once your order is shipped (whether from Spain or Asia), we will immediately send you a tracking number via:

  • Email to the address provided during checkout
  • SMS (if you provided a phone number)

You will be able to track your package using the provided link.

5. Customs and Import Duties

• Deliveries within the European Union — no additional customs fees.
• Deliveries outside the EU — the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. Euro Bass Audio is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
