Where is Euro Bass Audio located?

Our main office and warehouse are located in Málaga, Spain (European Union). Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers in Asian countries.

Where do the products come from?

Part of the goods are shipped from our warehouse in Spain, and part — directly from our suppliers in Asia. This allows us to offer a wide selection at competitive prices.

Do you ship to all countries?

No. We do not ship to countries under international sanctions or where Visa/Mastercard are not available. This includes Russia, Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Syria and others. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only Visa and Mastercard through the secure Spanish payment gateway Redsys. 100% prepayment is required for all orders.

Delivery time depends on the origin:
