Are your products covered by European standards?

Yes — all products meet EU safety and EMC standards and come with official warranty valid across the European Union.

What is the difference between coaxial and component speakers?

Coaxial speakers have the tweeter mounted directly on the woofer (easier installation, good for basic upgrades). Component speakers have separate tweeters, crossovers, and woofers (better sound staging and clarity, but require more installation work).

Do I need an amplifier for aftermarket speakers?

Not always — factory head units can power basic aftermarket speakers. However, adding an amplifier significantly improves volume, clarity, and bass response, especially with higher-power or competition-grade speakers.

How much power (RMS) should my amplifier match my speakers?

Ideally, the amplifier's RMS output should match or slightly exceed the speakers' RMS rating (e.g., 80–120W RMS amp for 100W RMS speakers). Avoid severely underpowering or overpowering to prevent damage.

What size subwoofer enclosure do I need?

It depends on the subwoofer model and your goals (SPL for loud bass or SQ for clean sound). Check the manufacturer's recommended sealed or ported enclosure volume in the product specs — we can help calculate if you share the model.

Will installing a new head unit affect my car's steering wheel controls or factory features?

Usually not — most modern aftermarket head units support steering wheel control adapters (sold separately). Some retain factory amplifiers, cameras, or parking sensors with the right harnesses and interfaces.

Do you sell sound deadening / noise reduction materials?

Yes — we carry high-quality butyl-based sound deadening mats (e.g., for doors, floor, trunk) to reduce road noise, vibrations, and improve bass response. Kits are available for full cars or specific areas.

Can I use your products in a 12V or 24V vehicle (truck, camper, etc.)?

Most car audio equipment is designed for 12V systems. For 24V vehicles (common in trucks), you may need a voltage converter or 24V-compatible amplifiers — contact us with your vehicle details for recommendations.

How important is speaker sensitivity (dB rating)?

Higher sensitivity (e.g., 90 dB+) means the speaker plays louder with the same power input — great for low-power factory head units. Lower sensitivity speakers need more amplifier power but often deliver better overall sound quality.

Do your amplifiers have built-in crossovers or DSP?

Many of our amplifiers include adjustable high-pass / low-pass crossovers. DSP-equipped models (or separate DSP processors) allow advanced tuning like time alignment, EQ, and channel mixing for better sound staging.

What accessories do I need for a basic car audio upgrade?

For a safe and reliable install, we recommend: power wiring kit (with fuse), RCA cables, speaker wire, distribution blocks, ground loop isolator (if needed), and mounting adapters. We offer complete kits for most upgrades.
